The easy to use, fully portable Infratec™Sofia whole grain analyser measures moisture, protein and oil in the field.  Calibrations are based on those of the trade-approved Infratec™1241 Grain Analyzer, used exclusively by bulk handlers at receival.  With grain analysis directly in the field you can gain accurate and quick knowledge of your crop, and be confident it will match results at receival.

FOSS global calibrations, based on ANN (artificial neural network calibrations), are available in a comprehensive Infratec grain analysis computer database comprising over 50,000 samples from more than 20 years harvests with a wide geographic coverage. These calibrations are developed in collaboration with regulatory authorities and customers around the world.

FOSS grain analysis testing equipment uses accurate and reliable calibrations that can handle a vast range of sample types in real life conditions. Grains or oilseeds can be analyzed directly without any milling procedure and Flours can be analyzed using a simple flour cup procedure.
