ProcessTouch™ is a flexible software solution that can help you monitor and control your process line in real-time. Advanced FOSS on-line sensors (ProcesScan™ FT and Process Analytics™) are integrated into the production line and sends back highly accurate information about the product composition to the main computer. The information is analysed by the ProcessTouch software and according to the results, advanced algorithms optimise the component levels in the product by controlling regulating valves or dosing pumps.
ProcessTouch includes the sophisticated tank standardisation feature. ProcessTouch differs from traditional set-point standardisation by optimising the component values directly in a specific tank or batch. Thus, it is possible to compensate for unavoidable process variations, and the final production result in the tank will be very precise.
