XDS Process Analytics is the newest generation of NIR process analysers. XDS Process Analytics is designed for efficient, real-time in-line analysis of critical process parameters in the food and agricultural industries for example the dairy or vegetable oil industry.
Continuous non-destructive,and accurate measurements are performed directly in the process line, blender, dryer, reactor and conveyer belt.
You can use the results to monitor and automatically control the production process by directly interfacing the XDS Process Analytics solution into your existing process regulation system or employ the automated FOSS Process Touch process regulation system which allows production much closer to specification limits.
