Speed up your release control

At the start-up of a bottling session, a certain number of filled bottles are today brought over to the laboratory for a final release control, including alcohol, extract and colour determination.

This may take from 20 minutes up to hours, depending on method used, distance from the bottling line to the laboratory and the access to the laboratory during late or night shift.

While waiting for the analysis a large number of bottles are filled (as well as boxed and wrapped in worst case). When the control shows that e.g. the extract or the alcohol is out of specification, these bottles has to be disposed off or re-worked.

With a bottling speed of 40 000 bottles per hour this adds up to 13 000 bottles in 20 minutes.

Checking the bottled beer with the Infratec 1256 in real-time as they come off the line will give you the important feed-back in less than one minute.

During that minute, only ~700 bottles are filled!
