FoodScan™ Dairy Analyser offers rapid analysis of solid and semi-solid dairy products like cheese, butter, yoghurt and quark with a minimum of sample preparation. An accurate determination of protein, fat, moisture and solids is achieved in less than 50 seconds.
The solution comes in 2 versions - FoodScan™ Lab and FoodScan™ Pro. The Lab version is designed for laboratory use and is operated from an external PC. The Production version has an integrated PC with a touch screen and a robust waterproof cabinet (IP65), which makes this version perfectly, suited for a rough production environment. Both versions are supplied pre-calibrated with global ANN calibration models that ensure a low cost of calibration development and maintenance.
A robust design combined with easy sample preparation plus fast and accurate analysis makes the FoodScan ideal for at-line process control of both intermediate and finished products.
The Near Infrared (NIR) technology applies no chemicals, making the FoodScan both safe and inexpensive to operate.
