The FIAstar™ 5000 System is used for automatic wet chemical analysis of nutrients and other parameters in water, soil and wine, as well as in meat or other food products.
Based on Flow Injection analysis and applying colorimetric methods, it automates the time consuming manual dispensing of sample and reagents, mixing and measurement - all at a rate of 1 minute/sample.
A range of Method Cassettes for different parameters are available, ready for use with all tubing in place.

Just insert the Method Cassette into the FIAstar™ Analyser module, connect the reagents and start the pump, and the system is now ready for calibration and analysis of your samples.
The SoFIA software is designed for simplicity in the analytical operations, each Method Cassette having its own corresponding method in the software
With the short startup time ~ 10 minutes, and high throughput, it takes you just 30 minutes to analyse 10 samples from start to finish – including a full calibration with 5 standards..

Parameters analysed one by one on a 1-channel system, switching Method cassettes on the FIAstar™ Analyzer module in between parameters.
Analysing two or three parameters simultaneously on a 2 or 3 channel system, having Method Cassettes in all FIAstar™ Analyser modules.
Add the optional 5027 Sampler to fully automate the sample and standards injections.
