Cervitec™ 1625 is a dedicated image analysis instrument for visual inspection of japonica rice. At present the system is used for payment analysis and segregation control. The Cervitec 1625 is based on a dual camera system where one is used, in a patented system, to detect internal cracks in the kernels. Harnessing the latest technology, Cervitec 1625 offers you unsurpassed opportunity to meet the current and future demands of the grain trade. Transport units suitable for long slender, medium slender and small japonica rice are now available (November 2007). In addition an application for broken based on the 3/4 definition is ready and serve as a quick start to produce valuable analysis result from day one.

The intended use is to classify individual kernels as partly the base for payment and segregation control (e.g. by vitreousness in durum).
